Does anyone know if there is a (and) complaint filed in the courts against Fiserv?
Is there a law firm that one can reach out to?

Everyone knows what you meant; (sic) fishing. There's a bigger picture here than trolling.
I have a couple of firms, on contingency, that I am in communication with, however, it's finding the attorney who is aligned with a bigger picture. I'm not looking for just money.
Thank you to those who are helpful with sharing info.
Talk to a lawyer that specializes in labor laws, file something with them, this forum probably won't help much with your issues.
Frankserv is always getting sued
To @1pah.. fishing to phishing is the pun. Go take the security web training and be older than 25.
What pun?! Maybe you need some fresh air because you make no sense whatsoever. If you can't help, let the people who can reply.
I am smelling a fishing attempt (pun intended). Probably trying to get someone who is already in a lawsuit to slip up and share enough info to allow Fiserv lawyers to prepare better.
Please provide me information on an attorney who is accepting former employees specifically from Fiserv. I am looking to file a lawsuit.
@pxd+1sEbLXBO- yes to your parenthetical remarks
Yes
Why waste people’s time with an unspecific, stupid question?
Please send all details to Fiserv HR and we will take care of the problem...
Its possible. A lawyer would probably have a better answer to that question. You will need to be more specific on the issue you are inquiring about as well (harassment, retaliation, improper compensation, etc).
Employees (former)
For what and from who? Clients? Employees?
