Wave 1 and 2 didn’t create enough cost savings cutbacks because too many employees said they would move but ended up commuting on occasion. To avoid paying severance and additional layoffs, ATS is set to increase to 4 office days per week starting August 1st. You've heard it here first.

Confirmed - Dec was moved to July in ATS per the summit recently. confirmed 5 days per week starting in August. Confirmed - severance moving to 30 days in 2025.
I heard it’s going to 7 days per week in office.
IDK why this would be a surprise to anyone. Only a complete fool would believe the 3 days per week was going to stick around. It was clear from the start that it will begin with 3 ("we're hearing you, we're working with you... just come back"), then will move to 4, and finally to 5. At the end, everyone was duped into complying with a "compromise", that turns into everything they wanted from the start, and it's too late to go back.
This whole RTO thing might just be the most dishonest and disrespectful thing that I've ever witnessed any company do to their own employees.
The title of this thread is misleading. I was expecting to see an update on Jeremy’s move to Dallas.
I heard people who were told their last day would be in December is getting bumped up to July under Legg.
Anyone know anything about that?

This isn’t surprising since so many managers have lied about intentions to relocate. Relocation requirements were announced over a year ago. It’s time to po-p or get off the pot.
