Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Does anyone see WARN notice for Ohio? One was not issued in 2023.

They move staff from their state plans to the corp office so they don’t have to follow that rule and law then lay them off or fire them..

They have their headquarters in CA, so the situation is different.
Molina doesn't have to issue a WARN Act notice unless at least 50 full-time employees are being laid off at a single employment site/unit. Since the majority of employees are probably considered "remote" now, don't count on a notification.

just in cali. its been too quiet tho i think they up to something again the fact that they have not address these layoffs i think more is coming unfortunately
