She’s likely the force behind all the layoffs, the return to office mandates, and the benefit reductions. Everything is about profitability. She even had the nerve to mention that CVS benefits and pay are “above industry standard” which is just flat out false. And you can tell all the horrible decisions have aged her significantly. She looks like a dead owl. Even when she’s presenting, she can’t even smile correctly through the frown and stressed face. Just another hallow, surface level, unskilled executive that provides no benefit to the company.

Her I love CZ pitch was so lame and half hearted.
I got the impression that some consultant pitched workday and then CZ was basically voluntold to her.
You could tell she didn’t care about it.
Since workday and CZ came out things are not as accessible and disjointed.
I just don’t get what was the point - and I get the impression she didn’t either.
