Medtronic HR and DIE team all over this board right now, trying to save their skins. There have been many telling posts over the last few days. All of them are using terms and references that can be easily verified internally.

I don't believe most think DEI is the CAUSE of the fire but it is much like throwing gasoline on a campfire that drives it to grow into a conflagration.
It's a shame that you have been tricked to believe DEI is the cause of the downfall of Medtronic.
GM and the rest of the board were told by the shareholders to cut cost everywhere and to squeeze as much profit as possible. Plain and simple.
There's plenty of companies not doing IDE stuff. I just came from one. Basically entire management structure is white and the entire c-suite is white men.
They had IDE policies, but nothing similar to Medtronic.
If you don't like IDE, go find an organization like that.. also they were struggling much more than Medtronic.. so there's that
