When is enough enough This has got to stop. Report everything you know and get it off your shoulders. I can't stand this anymore with all the hush hush to each other and so on. If you know something, say it. Just say it and report it. If we all come off the shelf and do this, then maybe we'll be heard? I'm tired of the gossip, and secret conversations of "don't say anything, but this is what I heard", bullsh-t. Stop being pu----s and just say it and report it. For once, let one of our Maxims be REAL! "Just do the right thing".

I'd rather talk to a reporter anonymously than our HR
Nike is a huge fraud, we all sort of knew it before but the past 6 months are the nail in the coffin. It’s hard to report anything internally because nobody in a position of authority cares. Reporting it externally won’t go anywhere unless something illegal happened & even then what good does it do? So many reports and stories of sc-mbags se-----y as--ulting employees, fraud etc that go nowhere.
First commenter, stfu. Why are you pissy over people wanting to hold others, leadership and a large and influential corporation accountable? Are you leadership, HR, ER or legal trying to scare people into staying quiet, when that’s already happening in office (or remotely)? YOU are the problem. You’re right people can quit, but NIKE DEFRAUDED employees by showing one image publicly and with these “maxim”/values. Do you know how many people try and speak up AND ARE SILENCED THROUGH INACTION or retaliated against? The real world SHOULD hold the powerful (corporations/people) accountable. Disrespectfully, fu-k off.
OP.. I wish it was as easy as reporting everything. So many people have tried to no avail. It seems like the only way Nike and senior leaders will take accountability is if it’s forced on them through the media/public perception. But even that’s difficult because Nike is Goliath and has a great way of making sure any David that tries fails miserably. Why do you think so few people know about the countless SA and SH lawsuits/complaints brought against Nike? Unless people start documenting reporting issues and no action being taken, and then taking it to the media as a whistle blower we aren’t safe.
Or if a federal agency started to investigate all the shady business deals Nike is making or ALL the SEC violations, nothing will happen.
Your complaining is more toxic than Nike. Who is forcing you to work there? Good lord, grow a set of ba--s. You would never make it alive in the real world.
