Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

What Frank will never get!

  1. People are the only real difference maker in a companies success.
  2. You cant lead with fear and believe you are creating a great culture.

3, Not celebrating wins is the same as working for a sweat shop.

  1. Showing generosity even in little things makes a difference...when is the last time Frank sprung for one penny out of his picket of billions.
  2. Showing appreciation matters, again lacking.
  3. Fridays with Frank where you use the F-Word twenty times is vulgar and unacceptable and shows you lack class (No matter how much money you have).
  4. Measuring activity not performance is counter productive.
  5. Discretionary effort is non-existent and you are the cause.
  6. What will be your legacy ----right now people will be glad to see you go - is that what you envision as success?

Frank is the only person who is making decisions at Fiserv.

Every policy and decision that hurts associates or clients is Frank's decision.

Clearly you work in an area that is currently being protected or sheltered somehow.

Do not worry, this sentiment will become abundantly clear when you protection goes away. This will all make sense eventually.

What I will never get is the unhealthy fixation on Frank and other leaders in the company, but I do understand that the very nature of this site is designed to foster toxic and destructive comments. I come here to see the latest rumors, but am often dismayed by the mean-spirited posts, particularly when they only represent a minority and not the majority. I’m proud to work for Fiserv and have Frank as our CEO - we have a great company! I hope you got some relief from your post and you can move on now. If not, there should be EAP and other mental health tools to help you out.

Leave. Please work as hard as you can to find something better. Frank is an id--t and has zero care for Fiserv employees. After Hurricane Harvey in Houston he and his minions said the TeleCheck building was contaminated with mold that we couldn’t go back so you either accepted a relocation package or got laid off. I wasn’t relocating so they decided to make me a contractor. No severance package. Guess where we were sitting while I was a contractor. In the supposed mold infested office. Guess where all the other employees are still sitting at to this day? I stayed for a month and landed a much better job. There are other jobs out there that need good employees. Get as far away as you can from that Toxic place. Good luck.
