Was so excited to get my 3rd day off the holiday week, and then bo-m,sorry guys due to staffing we can’t give it to you. What a big FU to the front line, hope those surveys went well.

My paycheck I mean customers come first! This is completely reasonable.

They are only giving you that day off to save the company money. They have shaved all over time to nothing so they don’t have to pay us more. I would rather work the 5 days and get crazy overtime but to each their own.
VZ really should look at lost accruals for people who aren’t allowed to take time and end up “losing” time because their accrual is maxed out. I’d think of it as a measure of potential issue but the company would probably think of it as a positive thing with people all in or just general cost savings.
