We used to do quarterly teammate engagement surveys. The results declined to a point where they wouldn’t even share the results and I haven’t seen a survey since. Any idea if they will resume?

If it ever happens it will take years to get pride back in the organization.
I am in RMO and will it be filling out any surveys. Nobody cares and I’ll deal with my discontent how I see fit.
Truist is fairly consistent when it comes to surveys. Dead last with both their customers and teammates.
It’s a bad environment. That’s just the experience. The surveys prove it.

I believe the Engagement is off, and the blissful wedding between management, shareholders, customers and employees has been premanently cancelled.
In the CRO all hands call Clark mentioned one would be coming soon, however as we previous surveys the senior leader's only care about participation to show off against their peers, at no point do they care about fixing anything we have to say.
Having seen the complete lack of any changes based on what was said n these surveys in the past, I'm refusing to complete the next one. I'm hoping that a lack of participation sends a clear message that employee morale has tanked and belief in the Truist leadership is non existent.
I’ll never forget the time they used WD as the survey tool, letting the already captured demographic data flow into the survey, and then had one extra question …. about s-xual orientation. Then claimed the survey was anonymous.
Surveys will be back soon. Truist let the contract with the survey company run out and now is getting a replacement.
Huh. I wondered about that too. The results clearly indicated the displeasure and lack of trust in our senior and executive leadership.
We need big changes starting at the top and get leaders that who actually care about making things better. Maybe there’s no money in that so it’ll never happen.
