It looks like Karen and the Board need some Good Old Fashioned Well Market Prunes. Nothing like Prunes when the Margin on all of those declining businesses is dropping. The theme is prunes. Karen sees herself as an innovator. CMS rates are tight. No problem, take a prune break. Over utilization of Medicaid and Medicare. No problem, have some prunes. Demoralized work force. No problem, prunes should perk them up. Acquisitions that are pure garbage and cost too much? Hand out the prunes. See how easy this is? The prune idea was worth a $23 Million salary. Who said Karen didn’t work for her pay?

They won’t even give them to you for free. They’ll give you the “opportunity” to purchase them at a 20% discount with your employee discount card. Aren’t you so GRATEFUL for such caring and thoughtful leaders??? You get the “industry leading benefit” of 20% off an item that’s marked up 5,000% lol
