I have heard so many different things, does anyone know if meeting requests will go out by a certain time each day or are we expected to just be staring at our inbox all day? I heard from a few people they would all be sent by 10am can anyone with actual knowledge confirm?

@1ary This is what we were unofficially told at EHQ.
I think because EHQ folks have turned up to the office more consistently and regularly throughout, so there was no need to rock the boat. At the end of the day, we’re all turning up the same average amount of days… I really believe this whole push to make us comply with 4/1 is to have us come in 3 days at the end of the day. A lot of people just took advantage of hybrid by not showing their faces…
@ykv that’s because Europe has worker’s rights laws the US doesn’t.
Nike talks so much about equality but EHQ seems to get a preferential treatment when compared to WHQ. Still not sure why WHQ employees were told to be at office for 4 days, and EHQ employees were exempt from it.
In phase 1 they were all sent by 8a. Scheduled send.
In EHQ, communications that went out were crystal clear. Invite by 9am or no conversations on that day. Why can't we have the same level of transparency for WHQ teams? Crazy...
