I understand that geos have to deal with time zones so they send notes like this during WHQ's afternoon, which is their morning. And I think a lot of us saw Cathy Sparks send her email and read that as a "tell" that the global note, or a NA note, was coming this morning. It was all I heard yesterday. But it didn't -- so wtf?? Why create all this confusion then? I don't get it. Why separate them so much? What is going on here?
