I was told by my manager to stay home tomorrow and Monday and preferably the rest of next week. He said he has confirmed with VP that no more changes in our team as we were hit hard in phase 1. The more he tried to say we are safe the more stress I got.... Came home and now I am having panic attacks... Good thing I have some expired mess handy to use... But holy cr-p I feel so stressed
