Any more RIFs on the horizon?

Well if our biggest return is getting people to their doctors appointments, Humana needs to look at getting a new transportation service. MotivCare is horrible.
HUMCS is there for one reason....to get high risk members to their doctors and send for med rec. Those two things showed highest rate of return on investment last year. They are beginning to think of other ways to achieve those. I would be shocked if there wasn’t a big lay off. Our jobs will be more like an assembly line than we are now. Members suffer for it, we suffer for it, and the rich just keep getting richer.
Well…..what do we think this week?
if you guys are still running out the members to call you are going to be laid off.
I would say we are not safe. Feeling like this program may not last a whole lot longer. They decimated us with the last RIF. The program is not what it used to be at all. Brushed up my resume and starting to look for what other opportunities are out there. I have lost faith in our leaders. And have zero confidence in the new CEO. IMO, we should all be preparing ourselves. Dont just wait for the shoe to drop. Be proactive.
Never heard the number of RIFed in HumCs back in February. Anyone have that number?
Always. It's been one layoff after another since 2017.
SNP is usually a safe haven. It is busy servicing high need members so they need a lot of staff. The attrition rate is poor so they are always hiring. It's a tough department to work in and not very well run.
Not sure! Was wondering that about SNP too. Have there ever been SNP layoffs?
