DL to issue Level 1 and up for not making loyalty goals

Any other districts being threatened with level 1’s and up if they don’t make their loyalty scan rate, extra care enrollments and extra care plus enrollments? Seems a bit of an overreach if you asked me. Especially if stores are asking and no one’s biting. I see a lawsuit.

@2zbf+1s7KP3xc Except you can't force people to sign up for something they don't want. So you shouldn't be judged on an optional to sign up for program. Remember you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink. This type of cr-p is exactly why Carepass/Extra Care+ is Wells Fargo 2.0

It's added to my store health score card, I don't agree, but if you missed 3 months of any of the other metrics what would you expect? If you were red in margin, opi, CFR, my team care etc there is accountability. Frustrating a lot of leaders either way

Because corporations think they can do whatever they want to their employees with no repercussions. CVS is the leader in that pack. Dedicated employees with families getting written up for metrics they can’t fully control is bs. That’s why….
