LinkedIn Top Companies 2024: The 50 best large workplaces to grow your career in the U.S.

Guess who's number 3? Can somebody please explain to me how? This has got to be some kind of a joke.

Social media is all compromised. Even this board is sometimes controlled by Charlie's cronies.

Yeah, glassdoor, linkedin, yelp, great places to work -- you pay money to all of those. It's employer "reputation management". Pay money for "credible" sources to rank you.

My town paid Outdoor magazine to be on a list for few years and now a bunch of Subaru people moved in and grew the town. It works.

LinkedIn is owned by Microsoft. Who sits on Microsoft’s board? Charlie. Money was also probably exchanged

Charlie paid big bucks to Linkedin for it. It is not number one because JP Morgan paid more for theirs.

Dear anonymous (complaining about the whiners): Read this article. You might need a Thesaurus to get through some of the big words.

And btw, I'm 60.

Perhaps you should take those recent DEI courses.

Especially the Equity part. DEI is not about finding those who are skilled and putting them in positions to succeed.

In the recent training, it was explicitly pointed out that Equity is to give people the all the help they need to function in their jobs. That, in reality, just translates to having dead wood who check an ethnic or orientation check box.

I’m all in favor of identifying good workers regardless of their background.

But when we have to waste work time covering for the deficiencies of others on our team who are check box workers, it is BS.

I have two of these on my team. They get assigned projects, and both incapable of completing them. I shouldn’t even say incapable. They choose not to because they know they are check box workers that others will be reassigned to get the projects done while they sit back and collect a pay check.

This is the reality of DEI.

If you don’t think this article is simply advertising paid for by these companies then you are not aware enough to be using the internet in general.

Hmmm... the company has been around a long time and been overall very successful. All of you complainers are relatively new to the work force. Now ask again.... where is the problem for today ?
This is Corporate America. Capitalism. The American Way.
All of you "participant trophy" kids need to grow up and start earning a living.

If WF is the best place for a career in the US, this country is truly doomed. The current regime is winding this show down, and hardly any of us will survive it.

WF doesn't need to pay. Remember Scharf is on the Micro$oft board.
Micro$oft owns Linkedin. Get the connection? So far Wells has maintained its leading position as a leading large bank event with its crippled fintech maintained by its facilitators. Something will break and the facilitators and offshores won't be able to put it back again.

It wasn't DEI that did whatever happened to your brain

DEI is the new scary topic to talk about. It used to be abortion. Seems to cause a rift in humanity. The purpose of DEI is to lift others up. Instead of talking about a "fast food worker" notice his or her ability to pay attention to detail and get things done instead of alienating them. Everyone has a time, a place, and a circumstance. You don't know sh!t and pretty much my ask is for you to step on a Leggo. What a terrible place and environment to work at or be around.

LinkedIn doesn’t pay attention to who is blowing smoke about how great WF is on their site. The only ones doing so are Execs like TK, the DEI crowd who would be working fast food otherwise and those in India.

The vast majority are silent just wondering if they will be laid off or are actively looking to leave. But they aren’t making public comments.

Clearly someone at wf paid the, for this ranking as there is no possible way they were even ranked

WF does not incentivize personal growth at work. All that matters is lower mgmt pressing their teams to check the boxes that may please the whims of upper mgmt:

DevelopYou: Do the courses now, let's beat the deadline by a month (woo hoo!)
Stamp: Enter hours, accuracy matters not - just never miss submitting a report
ServiceNow: The paperwork needs to look good, don't worry about the quality of work

You haven’t worked at Transunion. That’s a place you can be sure you’ll be gaslit and laid off. Imagine a TU and WF household. Netflix horror flick, where are you?

Wells Fargo is not a good place to work at ALL, the reason being aggressive and hostile management.

Gaslighting, bullying, hiring yes men only, and cancelling out people's careers and growth through absurd, contradictory, and falsified investigations process (that they'll never take to court since it's mostly bull c r a p).

They are still retaliating against employees. Disabilities don't matter here, nor do loyal tenured employees. Go ahead and tag it with your lame wellsfargosshow hash tag so management sees it.

Nothings changed. Working here is literally a ding to your own integrity. A bunch of lame vampires who can't find roles elsewhere because they actually had to interview and not be friends with the hiring team.

I've never hated a company so much as I do Wells Fargo. They are the ones who have been dishonest this whole time.

You can't offshore ignorance or karma. It's coming.
