I can tell you that a lot of areas are going to be scoped to be performed offshore. Especially operations and technology. It’s not widely known because it’s still sensitive and confidential for some roles. It’s happening.

Outsourcing has been occuring since before the merger for both companies. Stay valid. Truist is not your life, go find a better job with a more stable employer.
