The bank has had naming rights since the late 80’s.
Core States Center, First Union Center, Wachovia Center and now Wells Fargo Center (the Well)

Speciality location not a hub - will be gone in 5 years
I would bet they'll discontinue those naming rights when the contract is up. Unless it's Madison Square Garden, everything else is just an expense item to cut
it's wells Fargo arena and it is a hub for a number of businesses. Usually gets lumped in with Wilmington, DE.
