US Supreme Court sides with employee -- time to re-think Transfers and "Location Strategy"?

Forced lateral transfer was at issue in Muldrow v. City of St. Louis. Yes, every case will its own facts -but come on - it is rare event when the Supreme Court sides with Employee. Time for the Executives and Top Management to get some competent legal counsel to review your "Location Strategy"

No doubt there will be lawsuits for many of the Return to Office/Location Strategies -- most are just pretext /tool for forced attrition. Make your employees miserable enough and maybe they will just quit.
