Your 6 month COBRA coverage and Career Coaching will be worth more, don't get hung up on the $everance, per se. Take advantage of what you do get.

Yes base 60 days plus it seems 2 weeks per year of service. Plus pto. So it won’t be much. Maybe 3 months.
I guess a minimum and maximum severance is baked into the policy
Everyone laid off should receive a severance package. Employees with longer tenures get more.
