@1ggq Agreed. RB was the last CiSO where the division was expanding. Since his departure we have seen nothing but the erosion of CS. As you said, we also have added a boatload Visa folks in the last year plus. How does TK justify these expensive SS crony hires with her "right sized" budget?
Seriously? Sunil was a tool. If you were 2 down he probably brought you over from Visa with the rest of his buddies too.
This is what happens where there is no real CISO fighting for the team. The only ciso who had the chops and would fight for the team was Sunil. I used to be 2 down from him and seen him in action. Bring him back. Tracy and that interim Munish guy will decimate the org!
