Our dept received an email to package all our current work in flight on files and to upload them in box. I imagine it’s so they can dump all our workload onto some poor sap once we all get the axe. A huge miss from leadership and shows how extremely out of touch they are with their team’s mental health. We are all already hanging by a thread, and now they want favors before they can you.

Its just some of the product creation supporting functions that will likely fold into the fields of play as a direct report. This is a good thing, as the over-silo'd approach over the past 5 years has led to moat building and gridlock to get anything done. Teams need to chart their own destiny (again)

Package it and password protect before uploading. By the time they figure out, you’ll be long gone with your severance etc
