Where sellers feel emboldened to sell into Platinum and Global because their SM's are oblivious and/or compliant. One could spend 30 min in Saart and quickly dismiss 2/3 of any Fiber market's dedicated sales.

Instead we have to investigate their sales into our named accounts because their manager too incompetent to do so. When will it end?

How about the company start taking a zero tolerance stance on re-SIP’ing the same order multiple times and rip & replaces, and get rid of the shade in both Plat and Fiber!? Probably because half of both teams will be wiped out and sales will tank. All Y’all are shady, OP is probably a seller who ignores his customers because it’s too much “work” to submit an express ticket, only to b***h and complain when somebody sells into the account by mistake so that they can get an easy sale. Oh and how about Plat misaligning low rev accounts into incorrect SVIDs to keep that account in their bag. See the funny thing you should know is that some people have worked in both Acq and Moduled (Select, DEVR) and know the dirt that happens all over. Keep your mouths shut and quit being a keyboard warrior.

Platinum is THE SINGLE most worthless group in all of AT&T. Imagine having a role in which your are so bad that you NEED overlay channels to sell for you because you are so pathetic. Platinum (and the endless other names they had throughout the years) has always been reliant on overlays. It’s gotten so pathetic that this same group now needs to rely on 3rd party resellers who have ZERO loyalty to AT&T to do the dirty work.

If it wasn’t for the overlay channels of the past and the 3rd party resellers of today you would have no job because you serve no purpose.

The sad reality is you will all be replaced by 3rd party resellers and those resellers will cause more harm than good when they start moving services over to other providers when bigger incentives are offered but that’s the path AT&T has chosen.

99% of my orders are all white space. I 100% Agree with you on the POTS Flips, but the powers above would not that you that's forsure. Almost all of Platinums VAS comes from you flipping IP Flex Customers to OAH so both sides are corrupt. Its almost impossible to Audit those moves, but these ADI upgrades is what both sides have been getting away with for over a decade. Face it you either get a good bag of accounts or a bad bad. By the time you work and build relationships with the bad bag, you either either fired or they move your accounts to someone else. If your going to blame someone blame Ann Chow and Jeff because they are the ones who caused this mess and don't forget John and Randell.

Some of us follow policy and sell within our module. Hard to do so when degenerates like you and other fiber sellers don't follow policy and aren't held to do so. Also regarding the statement below. I'm here to tell you rerating a pots bill and decreasing revenue isn't actually an ADI sale buddy. You are in acquisition go ACQUIRE new revenue and quit tanking the companies revenue. Our stock price is what it is because we have internal "salespeople" hurting us worse than our competitors ever could.

I have no problem taking DL Pipeline and doing the same as Platinum Sellers sell into ACQ and 800 Call Center Accounts. Goes both ways buddy! The sad part is how many ADIs I have had to give up to Platinum because you jokers don't work your modules and then you complain.
