Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

One last kick in the b@lls after they lay us off

We were supposed to get paid for any unused R & R on our last check and it didn't happen. So after we asked where it's at they are now telling us it will be on our severance check. Taxed at a high rate, nothing added to 401k, no company match. If fiserv doesn't live up to the terms of there severance, does our signing of the severance become null and void?

I got my severance today. I knew that taxes were going to be taken out but was not expecting it to be taxed at a higher rate than my commission!! 33% just yoinked out. Good riddance to this place, I wish the best of luck to all my former colleagues and friends there.

For Frank and his friends, I hope you always get emergency diarrhea when driving to the office and can't make it in time.

Yeah ever since the last merger it has really gone to $h1t. BS goal reviews for a mere 3-4 % IF you're lucky. Never mind the loyalty and hard work you've put in .. its all how much blood have you given to the company profit line lately. Get out while you can or get RIF'd later. And if you're a remote employee, know that you have a target on your back.

Fiserv altered the terms of your severance. Pray they don't alter it further. (Darth Vader noises)

If you’re one of the unfortunate one to have “unlimited” R&R you don’t have unused time to be paid for.

That’s why they moved so many to that knowing they’d be doing RIFs monthly until everyone is gone
