Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Is the culture of women crying a staple?

I’ve seen two women be yelled at there desks until tears, only for snickers to happen after the fact, this past week. Is men yelling at women the new strategy to force quitting?

You can report abuse, harassment and bullying to an 800# anonymously. Even HR recommends this approach to guarantee an investigation.

Well FiServ has a terrible reputation and this will certainly add to that…don’t make this place your career home… when you see SVPs jumping out take that as a sign to get out and move on

Go to HR and simultaneously retain an employment lawyer. Have lawyer send a nice letter detailing the abuse and your expectations for how HR should handle by X date.
I guarantee it will be fixed overnight after they receive the letter. How do I know? Because that's what I did.
Cost me ~$800 but 100% worth it. Fiserv is currently being sued for a multitude of reasons by a lot of different entities. They cannot afford to have anymore legal issues.

There used to be some good SVP’s that if they saw something like that, they stopped it. Unfortunately most have left now. Whoever is doing that needs to be fired.

Yes, seen it before, experienced it before. Glad to no longer be working in that hellhole. Watched those that did so promoted to new heights. HR defends the company, not the associate.

Been here 5 years. Never once seen anyone get berated. That's zero tolerance in my department.

Which department did this happen?

Well part of the code of conduct training IS to speak up if you witness abuse…YES it sounds good BUT HR stood right with a high level exec and let him abuse his admin..there is also a high level sales person that is abusive and it’s totally tolerated to get his sales…pretty cr-ppy!

I worked for CheckFree and then Fiserv a LONG time. I never witnessed that behavior even once. Where do you work?

Maybe it was an in-person test of how well the anti-harassment training has been going?

I hope the women who were abused see this post and respond. So toxic, and uncalled for

Why didn’t you speak up? You're part of the problem.
