I would start with the head o tech audit. Mainframe era auditor spews jargon but pretty useless. A team of acolytes below that.
Why do you guys say DEI instead of outsourcing? You guys would like to think some transgendered Mexicans are taking the jobs.
The good ones hold lob accountable. These new inexperienced, incompetent ones get pushed around and forced to accept what are told.
I have worked with the Audit folks on multiple occasions. Then, realized that they are the most disorganized department in the company. They are incompetent and don't know what they are doing.
