Who is getting hired? Is it only diversity hires? Are leaders influenced to hire diversity hires over other candidates?

Honestly I think we are hiring younger, less expensive associates. I don’t think their race matters. It’s all about getting the best bang for your buck so if someone that’s on minority will work for a lot less they’re going to get the position over somebody that wants more money.
