When is the Universal seller coming for small business sales? It is not hard to sell fiber and mobility. This would be a great way to get rid of some VP's.

Selling on Either BAT or Fiber is not the program. It's managing the Installs, promos and billing that is the problem. They both are not Sales jobs they are DO EVERYTHING Jobs. That is the problem. Order managers from Costa Rica and Columbia because AT&t is to cheap to get onshore help, then they go and get what's called nearshore help and think that's a win because these people are in Mexico.

Are you kidding? It’s not hard to sell? If it wasn’t so hard, people wouldn’t be committing fraud left and right to stay employed. If it wasn’t hard, both orgs would be blowing out their numbers and they are not. Not to mention, sellers have to sell in spite of AT&Ts horrible customer service, terrible reputation, and premium pricing. BAT and Fiber are very hard to sell if you are working ethically and hitting your numbers.
