Was the restructuring impact list already available at the time of comp review cycle? Would this mean that those impacted would have received 0% increase?

I'm also T3 based in Montreal, part of the Customer Success board area as a Solution Advisor. I've never asked for RSUs but have been lucky to be involved in several high value deal wins every year since 2020. As such, my manager has awarded me RSUs as part of my annual compensation.

Same reason why promotions and and progressions are not given to all employees. RSU is nothing more than dangling a retention carrot. Managers barely have any budget to cover merit—you can just about forget promotion and progression.

Pardon my naiveness but why are RSUs given only to certain employees? This is my second year at SAP and haven’t been provided with any RSUs during annual comp review. I am based in Montreal and T3. Does anyone ask for it?

Based on what I have recieved and discussion with peers, it's around $35K - $40K.

Unless you expect stock price to climb quite a bit more, the RSU’s this year won’t be worth the actual grant amount.

Post from TheLayoff.com

I'm T3 based in Canada (Montreal) and have received RSUs every year, about $37K worth per year.

I have accepted VERP. Annual review completed. Increment was just north of 2.5% + RSU

I’d suspect if you received no RSUs that could be a sign as they vest the next month in entirety.

Mine was low this year less than the 2.5% but they are giving RSU still

Generally, it's business as usual until the news of the cut comes. So, yes, they will get their meetings and comp, probably not any RSUs. But, for certain, that person is not getting more than the standard 2.5% that has been coming out so far.
