Yesterday it was announced Our VP would be retiring 4/1. This morning we’re told of more changes and some people impacted. Not sure how wide this goes

Ditto, a little insight into what part of the country without giving away your anonymity would help. I'm on the East Coast in VBG and have heard that our customer success team was just let go. We kicked off 2024 with HV stating that our top priority is customer experience and the actions that I've seen implemented have been nothing but the exact opposite. VZW = Titanic.
I also know of 18 former employees who since January are now employed with big magenta and they all went willingly after putting in there two weeks. VZW is a joke and it's disgusting to watch it fall apart from the inside out.
Sure makes me wonder why both the Director and the VP of BGCO announced they are both leaving in July/August…. I think they see the writing on the wall. Get out while they can. Just a sad week in the BGCO. Not the same company as it was when I joined 13 years ago.
