What is the definition of retire at CVS????? It seems retire and laid off mean the same thing to cvs leadership. But when Karen lays off 5000 people and puts out a book on leadership at the same time there is no reason to expect anything to make sense. I can’t imagine what the board can be thinking not cleaning house at the top! The leadership is always talking about mental health at the same time they treat people working around the clock like garbage. It’s soul crushing.
