Why can’t they be honest? Yet all the money spent on “leadership meetings” and such…flying people from around the world to BH…when we know darn well people are being laid off. So disappointing
There has been 2 layoffs in BH and 1 in Omaha that I know of this week.
Aren’t they over capacity in BH already? And letting people go that are in office there?
Big Frank has to put another 1000 butts in seats in BH to get his tax break. There is going to be a lot more layoffs coming. It's sad how this new iteration of Fiserv rewards loyalty and experience. I have worked through three ownership groups of Fiserv. The original Checkfree, The Fiserv acquisition, and this First Data acquisition. Has made me come to the realization that the Checkfree ownership really was great for both the company but valued there hard working loyal employees.
You will be happy to know that that Guy sold stock he acquired at zero dollars for 3.5 million Friday's payday was extra sweet.

Fiserv has announced plans to cut several thousand this quarter.
Just layed off at least 5 people at my location. I’ve heard they let go 3 others in Chesapeake
Impacted COE locations including BH

My husband is WFH and was impacted today. Glad I got out last December.

I know of at least 3 people, 2 of which are located in a COE, not all same divisions. This was not a small RIF. Also, another person had their date pushed up by 2 weeks.
They got me with them. At least the severance is nice.
It was a small round, from what I understand.
