For those commenting on the inadequacies of the various "leaders" I think you will see a massive overhaul and many "retirements" when the new CEO takes over and BB leaves.

That’s typical. There’s always a changing of the guard when new executive leadership happens. Happened when BB came, too.
CMO supposed to retire at the end of this month. Good Riddance!
