Why are prescriptions that never were costing anything before (statins for example) now costing $20 a month?

We were told the coverage would be the same!! This really is cr-ppy!!
This was divulged rather slyly after open enrollment. No more free or low-cost prescriptions and most people will be spending hundreds of dollars a month this year and moving forward whereas we paid little to nothing last year.
