Has anyone being notified by the leader that an increased in KPI/metrics for the upcoming months?

Our team just had an increase! Some areas are about 10-20 %, one area is about a 40% bump and we are not backfilling 2 full time… just crazy
In general H will be raising the expectations due to automation and AI assuming parts of front line UM and CM employees’ jobs. They are already expecting more from salaried employees, and are not backfilling many vacated roles. Instead of firing the inept upper leadership team that destroyed the company, they are going to thin the herd of low level workers. It’s just sick.
