Thread regarding Kyndryl layoffs

Executive Pay Packages no Longer Contain RSUs

I've noticed in this year's executive payment summary that most C-Suite executives (including Schroeter, the CEO and chairman who approved these packages) has removed RSUs from this year's packages, opting for grants instead. This makes me uncomfortable because there is no longer a controlled incentive to keep share prices high for any extended period of time. It makes me think management is not thinking about the health of the company, but just maximizing stock prices so that they can cash out before they leave.

I also noticed, the same thing. My thinking on this very subject is a long the lines of acquisition or and merger. I agree, the upper echelon of management are trying to maximize their own pay outs. I do think they are playing a long game, to benefit their inevitable exit from Kyndryl. Something big is coming our way and it more than likely will be sooner than later.
