GBS has become a festering cesspool of JPMC has beens. Managers and directors have no decision making abilities left. They have no time to actually deal with business. Why, they are too busy trying deal with badge swipe reports, sapience reports, and licking the likes of Jenn (or Chris and his minions if you are in IT). Chris has some real losers as direct reports.

Interesting…recently completed the code of conduct training where it was spelled out that it is against policy to subject your employees to verbal abuse and threats…obviously unless you are part of exe mgmt then superiors look the other way…they know who they are…
Chris is a real piece of work as well. Clueless. He leaves things up to his direct reports who are a waste of human flesh. Us directors need to constantly deal with misinformation, miscommunication, inconsistencies with RTO policies, and other garbage. Who has time for real important things, after the BS. I used to care, now quietly quitting and looking on the outside after 20+ years
Jen is just another Frank puppet. She’ll stick around for a bit like Susan and wait for something better. Assuming there was a big signing bonus and she’ll be gone once they can’t claw it back. Anybody worth anything above director level is gone or actively working on getting out. SLAs out 4-5 weeks at a time… but do not, and I mean DO NOT, tell Jen that. Frank doesn’t want to hear about how he can gut entire groups and expect delays or needing replacements.
