Don’t fall asleep at the wheel folks, review the filing from yesterday and read it cover to cover on how active management was treated. Rogers has the board in back pocket. And speaking of the board, did you all realize they are paid $300k to $500k to simply show up and do Bill’s bidding? Sure it’s an embarrassment to the company, but if the shareholders don’t show up and make a change, you can swim in the sewage you chose to be a part of. Read the filing, my god are you people so blind to the obvious? The board is completely set in to serve the needs of Bill, the failing CEO who is also Chairman? This will be a great documentary, and probably sooner than later.

@4kjl - You’ve got to understand that there is no mathematical relationship between your AIP and your review. In fact, the AIP is set before your review is written. One might say the review is more based on AIP than the other way around.

How does the performance portion work? I had an excellent review and no negative comments all year but my individual portion was funded a decent amount under 70%. It was glossed over by my manager.

Mo--ns in HR split AIP across two paychecks so they duplicated the automatic deposits.

Depending on your performance last year, it could be more or less. You are simply describing what AIP funded at. Rewards are paid tomorrow and you can see your amount if you go to your pay in WD.

Thank you - this is helpful - I was worried they were going to try to sc--w me, and nothing was spelled out in the agreement we signed to provide us any assurances.
