Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

Neri’s record (underwhelming) 2

Revenue isn't the sole indicator of a company's success, and other factors like profitability should also be considered. HPE reports net income, not profit.
So here's the net income of HPE according to https://investors.hpe.com/:

2018: $5.48 billion
2019: $3.25 billion
2020: $0.87 billion
2021: $3.43 billion
2022: $0.87 billion
2023: $2.03 billion

Hmmm. Net income, also underwhelming.

Meanwhile, Neri's 2022 salary: $17,366,365
Is he worth the money? Probably not.

No doubt about it. HPE should close all West Coast offices to save on cost.

All salaries in Bay Area are inflated especially at the senior manager and above, all the way up-to CEO.

Hence the cycle of layoffs and outsourcing.

We have juniper big brains joining HPE. It may solve some lack of intelligence on the HPE side.

Neri is such a self-important blowhard. He's done nothing great other than get his teeth fixed to a cartoonish over-sized shape.

His pay for 2023 was over $20 million.
