Huval and team need to go.

Trust is broken with leadership. Huval's team is in charge of communications.

Ghosting of associate concerns on medical plan coverage degradation.

Patient steering on dr-g plan changes (illegal in some states).

Mass layoffs via zoom.

And he's on the board at PepsiCo. Seems more greedy than healthcare conscious.

George needs to go too. He's not inspiring at all, no convidence in his abilities to avoid further decline. Town halls with comments turned off. Why is he still employed?

Morale is horrible within Humana. A good company knows to treat their employees well and the employees will take care of the company business. Treating employees like peasants will be a downfall to Humana. Is that planned anyway??

1000000%. Fire them all and take back their exorbitant compensation packages! Renaudin is on Availity’s board. Sounds like a conflict to me!
