A few from my team, we are ready. Been here over a decade and it’s becoming so hard to come to work, the mental drain is real.

Everyone in Phoenix. Fiserv is losing a lot of years of experience.
Meanwhile, in BH, you need to add 15 minutes to deal with parking (it takes longer to park and get to the office than my actual trip there from home) and you cannot find open bathroom stalls.
To add to the previous comment....with every layoff it becomes nearly impossible to complete work....no one knows what they are doing and all the experience and knowledge is gone. It's unbearable...which I believe is part of the plan....so others, in an office, will simply leave on their own.
I know lots of people that have already been let go that were in this same situation. But I also know a few more that are coming up. Without exception, all were/are very tenured, highly valuable, highly productive employees that have been remote for decades in some cases.
