JD & HON state that they understand what we are going through (JD & HON lambasted by employees, inclusive of price tagging HON’s wardrobe, on all employee meeting zoom. Coms going into overdrive so it doesn’t hit the street) and hold themselves accountable…well, fire yourselves. You have 100% lost the team so get out. Leave! Let the rest of us fix this mess that you created. Come on JD, you have had two massive reorgs in three years. Not a great stat. The stock was at $170 before you and now it’s at $98 and you are still here!!!???? The Board needs to get it together and make a change starting with JD an HON…share this with them MM, cuz we know you are on this sight everyday..

you do realize the board is approving all of his moves don't you? They may also be the ones mandating it and he is just the face-man.
