So I'm informally hearing (no announcement that I've seen) that we're doing a "dim the lights" (WHF, campus services shut down, contractors furloughed, etc.) for the last week of March, supposedly because of Spring Break, but would seem it would be a good time to process some more layoffs. Anyone know is this is "phase 2"?

As a manager of ETWs, this isn’t true
This was planned. ETW cost savings move.
I think they are trying to make decisions before “spring break” then roll out changes and further layoffs in mid to late April. The convos with LTs have begun today 😭
My team was told late April for phase 2.
You also have to look at the bigger picture, most of the population at WHQ has families (including HR). Logistically you plan nothing major to launch during that period (reorg, etc) because at least 20% of the population is out of office.
However, look at the following weeks for activations.
We've often DTL over spring break for many teams. Nothing unusual.
