Looks like the vast majority of folks are getting a paltry 2% merit increase this year regardless of actual performance. Coupled with the 2% 401k CUT, we all worked last year for a net 0% effect on our salary.
Oh, but I'd wager my life savings that our executives will all get 20% raises yet again.
