The band 4 who got 41k bonus and 28k in stock. Good Job!
However this is 23 times more than what many Cigna employees received. I guess this Band 4 position is hypothetically as important and equivalent to 23 Band 3's employees.
I'm embarrassed to admit that I could have earned more money by making TikToks with bad lip-syncing. Lesson learned: this year's lucrative side hustle I’m focusing on becoming TikTok famous while just doing what’s required at my job, because apparently, doing more isn't quite enough for some.
(Is it even possible to get over 100%?) Asking for a friend who not only does their own job but also others, yet only received 84% for bonus
Band 4 $9200 merit, 41k bonus and 28k in stock.
Band 3 here. 2k merit. 1K bonus
These bonuses and merit increases are a joke. Pennies for us peasants. Doesn’t even help with the cost of living rising drastically.
Curious to see bonus amounts for band 5 (director level)
I was enrolled into a Jelly of the Month club
Band 3.
Merit raise 3.28%
Bonus 3k (86.4% of target)
I made a lateral job shift during the year and not sure how that affects merit and bonus
Just in case anyone doesn't know: your right to discuss wages is legally protected in the US. (If you're covered by the NLRA).

B3 - 4% merit, 140% of bonus goal. Both falling between $3000-3800. My merit was significantly lower than last year even though my performance has exceeded previous years but Im not going to complain about it.
To the people saying we should shut up and be grateful…Cigna doesn’t want us talking about our pay because then it is easier for them to pay us less and get Cordani another house. Pay discussion is a legally protected activity.
Anyone who got less than you deserved, quiet quit and find something else when you can. Put yourself first. This is business and entirely transactional. You don’t have to trade your time and labor unless you think you are getting compensated fairly.
“For those of you complaining- I think it’s pretty sad. People lost their jobs 100% and you’re complaining about how much bonus you got? Be grateful you got anything at all.”
A bunch of friends were let go who were high performers and good people. You go get every dollar you can! Bands 5 and above will get an enormous amount of stock, great merit increase, and bonuses that will pay for their second homes and luxury vacations. Why should lower bands be grateful for scraps? Go demand more. You deserve it. You earned it!
They are the ones who do not deserve bonuses! Most of them protect each other and they complain about their staff all the time.
My friend is elated that they aren’t working there anymore. No more anxiety. No more gaslighting. No more toxic directors with their secrets and lack of leadership.
Wow, boss made it sound like he was doing me a favor, but it looks like I'm getting sc--wed.
Band 3, a little over $3.5K bonus and the same for merit increase. I'm an engineer with 6 years of experience. So, yeah.
Also- this thread is so tacky. How old are we??? Get back to work and stop bragging or complaining!
For those of you complaining- I think it’s pretty sad. People lost their jobs 100% and you’re complaining about how much bonus you got? Be grateful you got anything at all. I think some of y’all need to take a break from this site and do some self reflection. Is Cigna perfect- no but I’ll tell you one thing- I am incredibly grateful to still have a job most importantly and to even have gotten a single extra dollar at this point.
Low band 4:
12k 105% of bonus target
130k total comp.
Pretty happy. Getting promoted to high band 4 soon so comp will get a lot higher comp next year.
What ever happened to trickle down economics? Cigna made 20billion in profit, in theory aren't they supposed to share the wealth with its employees?
Yeah i always knew it was a BS theory, but times are tough and cost of living keeps getting higher and I feel like I keep getting poorer working at Cigna.
Competitive Salary my a$$.
“ Band 4 -3% merit increase, only $10k bonus. Been quiet quitting since mid June. Pi---d as of now because management is trying to make me do high band 4 work with low band 4 pay, even though the majority of my org are high band 4s. I shall not be working without the title and have interviews lined up already.”
My exact situation and merit increase and bonus almost exact (3.5% merit increase, only $9k bonus, low Band 4). You aren’t alone. I’m sorry to all those that worked hard, made goals and got less than deserved. Quiet quitting for me too.
Heard bonus funding was 102-103 % so for a top performer, I theoretically expect at least 12-13 % bonus on a 10 % target for advisor level.
I didn’t get mine yet…maybe I don’t get anything at all lol
Raises and bonuses aren't equal across the board, if you're a favorite you will be rewarded at a higher level than someone that hits metrics.
Band 4, 7k 6% merit, 18k 15% bonus. Sorry for the folks who didn’t get fair % or don’t get anything at all.
Still won’t get me to stop the quiet quit. Been doing that since I was forced back to the office where I work remotely from a desk all day since my team is all over the world. All the raises and bonuses in the world won’t make me happy when I have to lose 5 hours a week in commutes for no good reason other than propping up CT tax revenue and making pinhead management feel good about control when they see us in sh!tty rows of not even cubicles.

“Only paid out at 77% of bonus.”
Who got 100% annual target bonus? I did not, but I am a top performer so I am curious to see the percentages as well.
$6k raise, $32k bonus. Solid.
B3, 3.8% raise, 3K bonus
"Bonuses are all based on performance. Self-reflect"
Nope, I'm top performer, but my department got little allocated so my bonus was small compared to last year and prior year before. Bonus are inconsistent across the company, it appears some department got more than others.
"I hate this thread and hope OP loses their job.
Show some respect fir folks who don’t get bonuses."
Bonuses are all based on performance. Self-reflect
Standard 3.5% merit and about 3.1K bonus. Bonus less than least year and just got a normal raise
Just over 8.5% salary increase. They gave out some salary adjustments. Around $16K bonus
I hate this thread and hope OP loses their job.
Show some respect fir folks who don’t get bonuses.
I got a rock.
3% merit and barely a 4k bonus. Somthing is better than nothing, but I'm not too happy considering I've received much more before and I met all my goals and performance was great. Quiet quitting here I come.
Only paid out at 77% of bonus. Anyone else dinged like that?
Hi
Band 4, 4k merit, 18k bonus
