What will Truist’s fearless leaders do for damage control when they realize so many people left after bonus? Will they publish a video reminding teammates how great of a company it is and that we have a great opportunity to make a difference?

Are these disgruntled people going to quit and start their own bank? Very few are hiring right now and the ones that are want employees at a discount
But you are the same bitter X BB&T guy right?
Don’t believe me? Just go on Glassdoor.com and look how much worse the employee reviews are, would you recommend to a friend and the CEO rating Truist is compared to other banks such as Wells, BAC, JP Morgan, US Bank. The reason the ratings for Truist are much lower compared to other banks is the culture is abysmal here! It is rotten to the core!
This is the same bitter X BB&T guy who is wrong on everything below. Delusional if you think other banks act differently or have superior talent.
The top performers always leave and go to more professional banks with less of a “good old boy culture” such as Wells Fargo or Bank of America. Truist is left with mediocre employees.
“I hope people realize corporate america is not like Truist. Truist is by far an outlier and is more of a southern “good old boy country club culture””

Who cares? They sure don’t
More work for those who stayed
& imagin when these leaders have to do Hands on work of technical people who will find better jobs and leave.
Yes they’ll do a video exactly of that topic. Then, they’ll do another re-org. Then they’ll double-down on purpose. Purple purpose.
