Does anyone know what's going on IT?
There have been large waves of resources leaving.

Nobody likes DEI, except those that benefit from it bc they can't actually compete on their skills
Here come the rifs
I would only work 60 hours if I am paid for 60 hours at this place. Otherwise it is not a priority outside normal working hours especially if they want us back in the office more.
I have confirmed that over 30 have been given notice out of Corebridge. Not sure what department. I was also told that's it ....for now.
Wait! I thought JR was gone. Things have to be getting better. No one could be worse than JR could they???
It’s the worst leadership and management ever seen at this company
I guess I’m a lucky. I have pretty good management and while I do work 60+ hours, I’m not complaining .
Management is horrible and they overwork employees and pay them the bare minimum to “retain” them.
Forcing them to work with incompetent resources overseas or dealing with overbearing arrogant clueless people…
There is no work life balance.
Its almost like people don't like DEI initiatives and being forced into an office.
Some teams are spending more time on new reporting requirements than their job duties.
Sounds like the new “leadership” knows nothing of IT or anything else and is just another nepotism hire
More and more will leave IT with the bizarre micro-management style by the newly hired head. He wants weekly reports from everyone in the org.
Because management is horrible.
