That email was just another advertisement for this small business index. Why on an employee appreciation email would your bring something like that up and make the primary focus?
It's not even a Fiserv polo shirt. It's a cheap long sleeve pullover. My blood bleeds Fiserv orange but it your going to give a short make it worth something

Of course he appreciates us… for picking up the work after losing 40% of our team. This will continue. Skeleton crews, 6 week SLAs, constant client complaints. They’ve run out of ideas so now theyre just using employees as a way to beef up the stock price.
