I thought AIP was supposed to hit our accounts today. I checked last year and it went on this days paycheck along with my normal biweekly deposit. So far nothing today. Anyone else?

My leader emailed my award statement. Did tell me anything. Didn't meet with me. Didn't say good job. I simply got an email with my award statement and the date said March 1. Then found out others are getting an extra bonus and nobody knows why.
This has happened to me twice: my leader didn’t even communicate my AIP amount. I found out the amount when it was deposited into my account & I could look up the “paycheck” online. TWICE!! He’s the most worthless leader EVER. He doesn’t DO anything because he doesn’t KNOW anything, and he doesn’t KNOW anything because he doesn’t DO anything.
maybe we should listen to the cat meowing . welcome to 2024 the cat is right the aip meow meow meow.

Original poster: I understand where you are coming from because in the past years, it was always the 1st Friday of March. Trust me I know. I’ve been here 8 years and know when it’s supposed to hit, when to change my W2 and 401k to get the max payout. And for some odd reason, now it’s your 1st actual paycheck in March. I was told it was changed due to the Leap year. I honestly wish they would have communicated that a little better because leaders from my department did not know this at all.
Looks like they literally just changed the go/awardstatement page today. It was just updated (shows last updated date today), and now lists the correct dates
My award statement does not list the date. It lists the amount I will receive but thats it, the only date in there is the base pay effective date of March 1st Also when I visit go/awardstatement (as directed by the actual award statement to view FAQ) it has old information from last year, which states march 1st 2023.
Where are people seeing the dates of 8th or 15th? I dont see it anywhere and my leader thought it was today as well.
You can use the associate share point to get the information. It’s not delayed. It’s in your award statement too.
I noticed that as well. Delayed two weeks. Yipee! More time for the company to collect interest.
Leader told me wrong then, thanks for clarifying!
Your leader should have told you the AIP payout sate for Payroll A is 3/15.
No , AIP payout is on the 8th or 15th depending if your payroll A or B
