Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

Seriously, It's Time For a New CEO and BOD!!!

Antonio has had way more than enough time to move this company in the right direction. It's time for him to go. The market needs some hope that things can change even if they won't. And let's make the CEO choice based on merits not race, gender or some other ridiculously useless measure. I feel for all the people who will lose their jobs because of lame management who will be the only ones to stay.

HPE’s strategy is to offshore as much as possible, to the lowest cost country. To layoff the oldest employees every chance they can. To cut costs and take away benefits to save as much money as possible. Invest as little in R&D. Change strategy and reorg every quarter/year.

On the flip side, pay the CEO as much as possible. Keep adding people to the BOD.

Does HPE have a strategy? So far, their strategy seems to be chasing the remaining rats off of the sinking ship. At least Hotard is gone so that’s a positive.

New strategy every 3 months. No plan to implement strategy. No time to make significant progress before we get a new strategy. No wonder we get nothing done. Keep shuffling those seats though.

Just keeping hanging in there, the next reshuffle or change in strategy will be the one that that works!

Yea, I remember the 2 year plan that morphed into another 2 year plan about 5 years ago... The company is still stuck in neutral.
